These people are at such a loss when there home is flooded or they have a mold issue etc.. This is all very scary stuff for them. My Name is Lori Moore. I have been with Paul Davis Restoration for just over three years. I am the Office Manager/Book Keeper. I have really enjoyed watching our company grow over the years and knowing how many people that we have been able to help. I handle the emergency after hours calls and I hear the frustration and fear in our clients voices when they have to call on us. It is a very rewarding feeling to speak to them after the work is done and know that we have helped them get through a very tough time. I am proud of the work that we do here.
Richard Christiaens
I started my carrer with Paul Davis Restoration 3 years ago. I have worked as an eletrician, a framer, a dry wall installer, roofer, painter, land scaper, and head gopher in my past, so I brought to the job a basic understanding of how to build homes. My time with Paul Davis Restoration has given me a new education in working with insurance companies and home owners that need our help due to a crisis within their homes. I have enjoyed being a apart of rebuilding homes, and the lives affected by the misfortunes that happens to us all. I look at every home I see as my own, and try to give everyone the help and respect I too may need someday when it is my home. Jim Delamarter
Jim Delamarter, General Manager of the Collier office has been with Paul Davis Restoration of Collier, Lee and Charlotte for the last 5 years. He has become an integral part of our growth and successes in SW Florida. As General Manager and handling loss claims in Collier County he has become one of the top associates in our network. Being a million dollar producer is not always such an easy task. In June, 2008 Jim was recognized as an outstanding sales associate for the network. Jim's customer service rating is one of the highest in our organization. Clients love him and he enjoys taking care of the necessary processes in construction to see a job to its entirety.
Heather Anderson
Heather Anderson, VP of Operations, started her career with Paul Davis Restoration in the Tampa Bay area in 1998. Heather learned from the ground up about aspects of construction and the business of insurance restoration from her brother n law Rick Dannenmiller of PDR of Pasco and Hernando Counties, who helped guide her to pursuing her own dreams of owning and operating her own Paul Davis Restoration franchise. In June of 2002, that
dream became a reality and Heather quickly moved to Collier County to establish her franchise operation. Heather was met with open arms as she marketed her company to Insurance Agents & Adjusters,Commerical & Residential Property Managers and SW FL Realtors. She is grateful in the support she received and has really enjoyed working to better the community in the SW Florida especially after the devastations Hurricane Charlie and Wilma brought in 2004. Heather stays actively involved in the SW Florida community by attending and being an affiliate member of CAI,COMA, NABOR, CBIA, LBIA, SWFRA, SWFAA just to name a few. She is actively involved with day to day operations and feels it is important to be hands on with the type of business she is in.
Mark Gunthner
Mark Gunthner, CEO, partnered with Heather Anderson in Collier County in 2006. In 2007, together they acquired Paul Davis Restoration of Lee and Charlotte Counties. For the last 16 years, Mark has owned and operated the Paul Davis Restoration franchise of Long Island, NY. Mark has brought to Florida tremendous knowledge, experience and enhanced capabilities to help expand the Southwest Florida Paul Davis operation and help fulfill both Heather's and Mark's dream of being the best in the business.
